Sumesh Kamballur is a contemporary Indian artist whose work reflects the evolving relationship between rural traditions and urban transformation. Born in 1982, he studied painting and graphic art at the College of Fine Arts, Thiruvananthapuram, and later completed his MFA from Kala Bhavana, Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan.
